Knowledge areas
My research focuses on developing bioacoustic methods and protocols for monitoring biodiversity. To increase the impact of nature observation data, I actively contribute to data standardisation efforts.
Through my PhD position at the Department of Engineering Cybernetics at NTNU, I explore how emerging technologies can support nature conservation—specifically, the automatic sensing of biodiversity in remote areas.
